Team workspace and rolesA Team workspace shares campaigns, tags, labels, and comment history. Owners manage billing, membership, and settings; Members create and review campaigns, comment, and approve.

Seats and seat managementThe Team plan includes 3 seats (a purchased allocation; each member and pending invite takes one). A paid owner can buy or release extra seats at $5 per seat per month. Trial is capped at 3.

Invite your teammatesInvite teammates by email from the Invite members panel on the Team page. Once they accept, they take a seat and share campaigns, tags, labels, and comment history.

Shared tags and labelsOn a team, tags and comment labels live in a shared library so everyone applies the same taxonomy across every campaign. Manage the shared set from team settings.

PlansFree covers the essentials; Pro unlocks unlimited emails and the power tools; Team adds the shared workspace; Enterprise is custom. See the pricing page for the full comparison.

Billing and what happens after the trialWhen the trial ends you move to Free unless you upgrade. Free is limited to 3 active emails and 3 campaigns; extras are archived (never deleted) and return if you upgrade.

Notifications and email digestsProofel notifies you about comments, replies, mentions, assignments, resolutions, reactions, approval requests, and new versions. Tune which reach you by email and roll routine activity into a digest.

Security and privacyContent access is enforced with row-level security and encrypted in transit. Share-link passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and tracking pixels are skipped. See the Privacy Policy and Terms.
