1 min readGet your first email inCreate a New email to get a unique, permanent Proofel address, then forward your campaign (or an ESP test) to it, or upload an .eml file. Proofel sanitizes the HTML, caches images, and skips tracking pixels.
1 min readMy forwarded email did not show upIf a forwarded email did not appear, check you used the exact address, that the message contains HTML, allow a few seconds for ingestion, and note that byte-for-byte identical content is deduplicated.
1 min readOrganize with campaigns and foldersGroup emails into campaigns (folders), move and tag them, and view your work as a grid, list, or Kanban pipeline. Advanced filters narrow by name, date, tag, status, and more. Kanban and advanced filters are Pro and above.
1 min readArchive or delete emailsArchiving moves an email out of the main grid but keeps it under the Archive view (restorable). Deleting is permanent and removes versions, comments, annotations, and share links. On a team, role governs who can do each.
