• Every email gets its own permanent address. Forward a campaign or an ESP test, or upload an .eml file. We sanitize the HTML, cache images so previews keep working, skip tracking pixels, and dedupe identical content.

Review and comment

• Pinned annotations that stick to the exact spot, threaded replies, @mentions, assignments, statuses, colored labels, emoji reactions, and inline text-edit suggestions.
• Pause commenting to close a round, and set deadlines that auto-pause when they pass.

Versions and compare

• Automatic versioning on every new send, side-by-side compare with synced scrolling, cinematic wipe compare, and highlighted diffs so you see exactly what changed.

Share and approve

• Share links with access levels and expiry, single or multi-step approval routing, password-protected links, and a no-account guest reviewer experience. Share a whole campaign folder with one link.

Email tools
